HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are buying a subscription, we will deliver on each week or month, based on the schedule placed at checkout. Delivery will follow the chosen day of the week per your schedule.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ORDER PICKUP POLICY

Eligibility: Pickup only for pre-paid and confirmed orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) not applicable for pickups.

Pickup Notification: Customers will be notified via SMS once their order is ready for pickup. Do not arrive before receiving the notification.

Pickup Timeline: Orders must be picked up within 5 business days of receiving the pickup notification. Otherwise, the order may be canceled, and charges may apply.

Identification Required: Customers must show order confirmation (digital or print) when collecting their order.

Authorized Pickup: If someone collects on your behalf, they must carry a signed authorization and order confirmation.

Curbside Pickup: For curbside pickup, call the provided number upon arrival. Staff will deliver the package to your vehicle but will not allow opening or loading the package.

Inspection: Customers may inspect their order at the time of pickup. Once handed over, the company is not responsible for damage or claims.

Delay & Liability: While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur. The company is not liable for delays or damage due to events beyond its control.
