When will my products be delivered?
Your products will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days from the ordering date.
What are the shipping charges?
There is no shipping charge for orders above ₹ 500/-. For orders below ₹ 500/-, there is a nominal delivery charge of ₹ 45/-.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an intimation about the status of your order through email, whatsapp and you can call customer support to get live status.
What is the Shipping and Delivery Policy?
- 1. All our spicelean order dispatch will be done by 10am. Any orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the next working day at the same time
- Orders will be delivered within 5 – 7 working days on the order date.
Do you Add Sugar or Sweeteners in your Products?
No, we don’t use or add any sugar, sweeteners in our Spicelean coffee powders.
Do you Ship Outside of India?
Yes, we ship our Spicelean products Outside India as well.
I am facing problems while placing an order online?
There are chances of interrupted internet connection, please check your mobile/wifi internet connection and provider if you are facing any struggles while placing the order. Also you can directly call on customer support for ordering or you can directly order on whatsapp.
